It is already more than proved that dog adoption does very well for health. The little puppies can help you in old age and even before your birth. The benefits of having a dog are endless.
The Cisco pilates Academy in Asheville, North Carolina, for sure knows these benefits and has created a totally adorable dog exercise trend. Puppy Pilates!
The idea was to create the initiative with the NGO “Humane Society of Asheville” and do an exercise class with several cute puppies.
Each student paid $ 10, and all income went to the animal shelter donation organization. Do you know the best part of this story? They waived adoption fees for the adorable puppies, and anyone who went to class could’ve taken them home for free.
We hope this exercising with small puppies trend will spread throughout the world!

It's really too bad all the people with dog allergies will eventually no longer be able to go to: Workout/fitness studios, restaurants, stores, hospitals, or salons. But, you know, fuck them. They should just stay home and die. It's much more important that people be able to bring their dogs to inappropriate places.
