There's a similarity between Taken and Finding Nemo, in that a child gets 'kidnapped' and the father goes to get it back. There is zero other overlap though, so the joke doesn't really work.

For those interested: GINTAMA (Silver Soul). An excellent anime that yes, is often ridiculous beyond words and then has parts that will make you cry. A bit long (we all have time nowadays anyway), and worth every episode. Also, the theme songs are awesome!

If that really is a legitimate poster for the film, that's actually a pretty ingenious way of getting homophobes' money. By the time thy realIse what the film's actually about, it's too late. I doubt that was the intention though.
