“Not Funny? Not Mine!”: My 40 Funny Pop Culture Caricatures
Hi! I'm Rafael Jurado, aka Raffiti, a 33-year-old illustrator from Granada, Spain, currently residing in Barcelona. Companies all over the world print my designs, mostly on t-shirts, and I still can't understand why you, dear Bored Panda reader, don't have any in your closet!
Here you have a small sample of my collection of pop culture parodies. My catchphrase "Not funny? Not mine!" defines my work quite well. I hope you like it!

About my creative process, my head is full of ideas. Once you enter the world of t-shirt design, being familiar with the markets makes it easier for you to associate concepts. I don't do anything special, seriously, it's like I have to explain to you how I breathe.
I can't help it, but humor is part of me. I always have that predisposition to make a joke, even when it's not appropriate. (Don't invite me to funerals!) I have some more sensible or thought-provoking designs, but they don't bring me the same happiness.

It is true that comics by Uderzo, Ibáñez, Hergé, and Morris fed my brain during my childhood and adolescence, but to highlight one influence, my father paid for all those comics! And I really appreciate it!

I learned Photoshop and Illustrator on my own, which makes me go a little slower than average when making these illustrations. It usually takes me 2-3 days. My illustrations are simple, but I am more of a perfectionist than it might seem.

I would like for people to appreciate how I squeezed my brain to get to that final idea, that they find the complexity in the simplicity of my illustration, and I hope that they do all that reflection with a smile on their faces.
