My name is Martynas and I am a photographer from Lithuania. This year I tried to capture not only beautiful views of the country I live in but also animals using a drone.

Getting up early became my routine and checking weather forecast was my priority. While there is some planning before landscape shots, the same cannot be said about the animals since you almost can't plan a shot unless it is a cattle or bison.

While cows or horses are easy to deal with, it cannot be said about roe deers. It is very hard to photograph roe deers using a drone but there is a technique which helps a bit (I succeeded only once after a dozen tries). What amazed me a lot is the calm reaction of the fox which did not mind the drone at all. Male deers stand bravely while female deers keep a safer distance.
