I saw this at a house I was working on, previous owners moved out and left their 2 cats, along with around 30 lbs of cat food. I fed and watered them every morning I worked there. Offered to take them but then new owners said they would take care of them once they moved in.

And people call me a snob for refusing to use any public drinking fountain!

Why walk by? Why not take the dog to a shelter or just shame the owner at the tea shop and call him out?

When we had a truck, the dog was on a leash, with the pass thru window open. He'd prop himself up in that window, and I would hold the leash. In the car, he wore a seatbelt.
