Since I’m a mom of 3 children, I never run out of inspiration, and I made a comic every single day for most of the year. It’s fun to capture the good moments, but it also helps me to see the humor in struggles that come with parenting a 13, 10 and 4-year-old.
I share all of them on Patreon and a selection on Instagram and Facebook. It’s been wonderful to see that so many parents have similar experiences. Laughing about it with others has made my year so much better!

My kids embarrassed me when we crossed the border from Scotland to England! We used the service rest rooms and there were coloured tiles. My kids both said in front of everyone "wow mum they have colour down here) I wanted to run away!

I do that all the time with my parents: e.g. my brother was eating a pack of smarties before breakfast and my dad caught him, told him no candy before breakfast. The next morning I catch my DAD eating a pack of smarties before breakfast. He looked pretty guilty when I told him off. LOL

I think the concern here is how it relates to the Mass Shootings that have seemed to have a bit of an uptick. Not saying that kids playing pretend causes the mass shootings, but the words used (and type of gun depicted) is indicative... sigh.

I have noticed that posts about children never change people's views on the topic. I read these comics and it affirms that I am glad I never had children, whereas someone who has or wants kids sees it as affirming their views.
