Hey, I'm Keith! A lot of the time, people don't see the faces I see in inanimate objects. So, I decided to illustrate them in a cartoonish way and write little stories about them to bring them to life. You can follow me on Instagram where I post more of my art.

Grab my beak if it’s laundry you seek.
You barely see me, maybe once a week.
How can I not have this disappointed look?
I dry your clothes as you read a book.
I’m dryer duck, and for a buck, I dry the shirts you tuck.
Handle my bill if you will, tweak left for your garments.
I’ll see you next week, but please, no more vomit.
GAHAYUCK! Hi there!
I have some stuff to share! It’s ice and water, and I suggest in that order. If it’s the latter first, by all means quench your thirst!
But let it be known, YAHUH! You’re in the splash zone.
My uneven teeth dispense your desires, push my eyes is what I require!
I’m ripe.
Teeth rotten.
My other half, forgotten.
This crescent face is only recent.
But not to panic, by botanic rules my seeds will sprout.
More tomatoes to creep you out.
Though there will be none like me, I’m one of a kind, you won’t find me in a bottle of Heinz.
Yeah, I’m Frankie the furnace, who’s askin’?
Short arms with anger fueled by fire, a bowler hat is my only attire.
Burning wood is what I do.
For cookin’ stew or warming you.
But don’t feed me too much I’m warning you.
I’m an earnest furnce, and frankly,
I couldn’t care less about burning you.
Not everyone knows what my nose holds.
My eyes stay forward minding my own business as you conduct yours.
I am a conductor myself being metal and all, you lock the door as your pants fall.
I hold your jacket, or whatever you pack, yet I get no recognition as you carry out your mission.
You flush and rush as if you have somewhere to be.
Next time we meet, please stare back at me.
Hi there! I’m Sharron, the stall wall door. I hope the soap on my face stalls you from leaving this place.
My look of surprise caused by the amount of hands not using my cleaning supplies.
So, come hither and let me sanitize your mitts, then dry your hands after you rinse.
You’re in the bathroom at the urinal urine spilling.
A sloth in transit with its oxygen filling.
Arms resting in place, smile on its face, slowly but surely, it’s no race.
Happy you’re there, the sloth happily stares.
As you finish and flush, to the cosmos, no rush.
It's not a condition, human brain recognizes patterns everywhere
Was thinking the same. Pareidolia is our default mode.
Load More Replies...OMG! I'm learning Russian, and I'm so excited that I can read your name as Nicole! My sister's name is Nicole! This is very exciting for me! 😃 Also, you're right, everyone can see faces, this would have been a much better article if not for that first sentence
Load More Replies...We all have pareidolia. Some people have it more intensely than others. It explains the Face on Mars, Jesus appearing in toast, et cetera.
Pareidolia isn't something that we "have". It's just phenomen of human's brain. :)
Load More Replies...Ita a basic primal brain function that all animals have, it's how we recognize faces on living things. This is something every one has youre not special, you use a bit of imagination and all iv a sudden you have a condition
Can't tell you how many times I've thought about doing this. Also with clouds, just take pics of the clouds and then draw a cartoon of what I see. Good stuff, man!
Surely everyone can see faces in different things. It's more a case of if that interests you or not.
It's definitely NOT a condition. It's an inbuilt defense mechanism to find and analyze threats or danger.
That said, the guy has a good eye for it and does creative drawings from it so well done!
Load More Replies...Everyone experiences pareidolia, it isn't some unique mental disorder, it's the innate ability of everyone to see faces in inanimate objects, because we were evolutionary hardwired to see faces immediately as it would mean life and death for our common ancestors to see a potential threat. Don't say that you "have" pareidolia like you're some special snowflake, I admit, the art is really good don't get me wrong, but to say something that makes it look like pareidolia is some unique attribute is completely fallacious.
Thank the lord we're all on the same page. "I have pareidolia".......I think you can get a cream to clear it up.
I must have it too, then. it's scary, especially at night. i didn't know it is a condition.
It is isn't really a condition. Most humans have it. It is from days long ago when we lived amongst Nature and needed to be aware of patterns and recognize faces that were hidden. It saves us from getting eaten, stung, poisoned etc. Nowadays it is really more of a creative thing. I see it on Youtube all the time.
Load More Replies...You have a imagination. You are no different to any other human being. I am sorry you are not special.
Pareidolia isn't something you "have." It's hard wired into all humans.
One doesn't "have" pareidolia, like it's a condition or diagnosis. This title is like saying "I have smell", or "I have a mental sense of balance". It's just a misfiring of our rapid face recognition instinct.
"I have pareidolia"? B***h, wtf? Pareidolia is a natural phenomenon of the human mind, EVERYBODY HAS PAREIDOLIA!
It is not a condition, it is a psichological effect related to perception and it is present in all humans. You had a wrong reading of wickypedia I guess....
Number 3 could be a fish too. Also everybody sees patterns, but some pay much more attention...
I see them everywhere ! I especially like the ones where someone puts giant googly eyes on everyday things.
Love it! I do this all the time. Everything is a Rorschach. Thought everybody did this, but apparently not. Implications for modern art.
I have synesthesia. I see loads of different colours dance around when I hear music and people talking. Maybe I should draw what I see.
I have synesthesia. I see loads of different colours when I hear people talk and when I hear music the colours swirl and explode like silent
Does everything have to be turned into some condition these days? You don't "have" Pareidolia. That's like saying, "I was recently diagnosed with eyes."
For those of you who dig Pareidolia art I have compiled my best one here. Hope you enjoy the tour :) https://www.etsy.com/shop/GetJojo
Hey i have Misanthropia , i actually hate all of you ! Deep down im sick of humanity and i want it gone.
So I'm learning Russian and I just now got really excited that I can read your first name as Phillip 😃 You probably still hate me, though. I wish I had a Russian keyboard cause I just know I'm going to butcher this, but do svedaneya :)
Load More Replies...I don't think its some kind of condition cause i also imagine faces in objects even i see images when we splash water on concrete walls or roads.. I thought all people are supposed to have such kind of imagination. Recognizing patterns and creating images out of the objects is not some kind of condition. I don't agree with pareidolia or whatever it is.
For those of you who dig Pareidolia art I have compile a bunch that I have found over the yearss here. Hope you enjoy the tour. https://www.etsy.com/shop/GetJojo?ref=seller-platform-mcnav
His ideas are cute...geesh! can you draw that well? I can't. Hive him a break!
So this is what it's called! My favs are the faces in the bathroom and kitchen tiles :))
I kinda thought I was the only one who saw faces. Like in outlets or something. But this... this is on a total different and unique level :D
Good work. Being parodolia and being an artist obviously makes perfect combination. And.We.Want.More :D
those were all good nice to know, I ain't the only one who sees faces in everything.
What`s with so much hate? I keep seeing comments like "anyone has it" and "it`s not special" if this guys actually does something with it and uses this in a creative way then why don`t you just appreciate his work and effort instead of jumping on him with arguments that is not a conditions and b******t like that. I don`t see any of you putting some effort and doing something with it, so just appreciate his work and shut the f**k up. PS: Great job! you have a very animated view of this world!
Keith! Thank you so much for sharing! For years and years and years, for as long as I can remember I too have been "seeing" but I'm always ridiculed. I especially see "monsters" on wooden surface, people in motion on marble floors, etc. But I never told anyone, because I felt it pointless trying to explain what I see when others don't see it. And it was embarassing for me when they look at me as if I'm mad. However, now with your sharing, I'm inspired to do what you're doing. Sharing what you see by illustration. Than you again! Have a wonderful day!
To everyone saying that it isn't a condition: it can become a sub of OCD when you're too sensitive to - in this case face-like - patterns.
But it still isn't, because everyone can see faces in things.
Load More Replies...People have pareidolia, but This is creepy, i feel uncomfortable after read this article
No they don't. It's wired into all of us.
Load More Replies...This is my life! wish I could draw all of the characters I see in the world around me!
