To celebrate International Octopus Day (Oct. 8, fittingly), we thought we'd revive our cool list of octopus-themed products on Bored Panda with some new, awesome entries! This time, it's an open list, so you can add cool octopus design ideas yourself and vote for your favorites.
Octopuses are exceptionally intelligent and creative creatures, and have been able to solve most of the puzzles and challenges that scientists put before them in laboratories. This, coupled with their unique and fearsome appearance, makes them the perfect inspiration for stories about terrors from the deep!

Looks cool but unless you have a palatial house, it would take up far too much space to be practical as an arm chair, and the design of it is also only apparent from the rear, not from the front which is a shame.

Looks neither secure nor comfortable. And I'd be afraid those hook-like tentacles would get snagged all too easily and send the wearer tumbling!
