It's why junk food is so 'more-ish', because despite being full (volume), the nutrients are severely lacking, therefore your body wants 'more' (more nutrients), so one eats more volume, in an attempt to get those nutrients. (and the fact that the insane levels of fat, sugar & salt contribute to the feelings of addiction / cravings)
