Charles Henry and Elin Petronella are not an ordinary couple. They are partners not only in life but also in art!

These French-Swedish textile artists travel together across Europe and create charming embroidery designs inspired by architecture of European cities. Using their art, they recreate their memories together - travels, favorite streets, and buildings which they find in different cities.

Both of them have their own role - Elin focuses on the details of buildings and urban elements, and Charles pays attention to color of stitching. In this way, they make a perfect match!

From cannals and close-together homes of Denmark to bohemian streets of Paris, they recreate beautiful cityscapes and other scenes that each city has to offer. Popular monuments such as Gaudi's Casa Batlló are covered in vibrant, primary-colored stitches, whereas other creations are rendered simply with a black thread outline.

So do not waste your time and discover these wonderful embroidery designs!
