I started the practice of this technic in 2002. First watching, i learned the lines, how to position my brush, my hand. And then experimenting, i learned the hazards, the surprises. I was already a long way. Sumie-e has several points in common with martial arts, besides his belonging to Zen philosophy, the practice participates to the research of inner peace.
