Don’t think of introversion as something that needs to be cured… Spend your free time the way you like, not the way you think you’re supposed to.

These are certainly unprecedented times. We want to be social, and yet the best, safest thing we can do is to stay home and keep our distance from friends, family, and fellow humans—at least 6 feet to be exact!

There are so many of you out there sacrificing your own well-being to help others. I want to thank you personally and encourage everyone reading this to do the same.
