It’s hard to articulate the words to express what she meant to me, but if I could tell the moments that defined our friendship, I’d have a million stories to share… When laughter eventually subsided from reading this comic she drew for me (back in 2008), I cried. The reality of her being gone hits me at different times, and it still feels surreal. I am grateful for the adventures and memories shared from growing up together. We were seriously inseparable haha~
January (Jess) Sun Kim continues to shine her light. Forever in and close to my heart, she continues to inspire me even from afar.
