As a self taught pen portrait artist who loves drawing people (www.sbamboportraits.com), cause humans are just fantastic unique creatures. So I randomly challenge myself to draw a different subject using another medium every now and then.
I did these shoe drawings using a set of 24 Adel watercolour coloured pencils I purchased online. With no experience or practice I just went for it. Each took a couple hours and an average of 5 hours sleep since I have a day job and only draw at night, or during work lunch. When I’m done I quickly snap photos with my phone.
