Annie Nolan, a 26-year-old mom in Melbourne, loves to talk about her two-year-old twin daughters Delphine and Cheska, but after fielding too many repetitive questions, she created a pair of funny FAQ signs for the two girls that have since gone viral.
“As a twin mum, you get asked a series of questions/hear a series of statements EVERYTIME you go out,” she writes on her Instagram. “I know most people are coming from a great place and are just curious however many can be quite intrusive and after a while it’s just plain exhausting. And since I was heading into the city, I knew the questions would be coming thick and fast…”

“It’s a joke people!… My twins are MY FAVOURITE TOPIC to talk about!”
They’re so adorable, it’s no wonder the mom is showered with questions!

cute parents too :)
My daughter used to get asked if her twins were conceived by IVF. How rude of people to ask such personal questions.
I don't think that's rude at all. It's a simple question. If they're saying it rudely, that's different. But many twins and triplets ARE conceived via IVF. And many are concieved naturally. It's not rude, it's simple curiousity. Maybe that person is looking into IVF for themselves. Maybe they are worried about having twins because it runs in their own family. Maybe they are jerks who are just being jerks .... to each their own. There are certainly worse things you can ask, or insinuate.
Wrong!! It is none of your business.
If you don't know why it's rude, ask your mommy. Or whatever other nice adult takes care of you.
what IS IVF ? xP
Hahah oh what a cruel cruel world it is! How DO you get on?! It's much be so hard. How dare anyone ask such despicable questions about something as innocent and common as child birth! Have the heavens no mercy at all?!? LMAO :D :D :D
Well I think they should mind their own business and I would tell them that!
well, I knew a woman who had quads (3 girls and 1 boy) and it's REALLY hard not to ask that question in that situation. and Yes, it was IVF.
Unless you are a CLOSE friend or relative, this is totally rude! What difference does it make to you?? None at all...just people being nosey...
I don't see how it WOULDN'T be rude to ask somebody how they're kids were conceived! You don't walk up to a stranger and ask about they're sex life! I get that some twins did need IVF, but not only does it make you look stupid, but WHY would you ask that? I used to Nanny my sister's twins and everyone thought I was the mother and asked ENDLESS questions, so I know how this woman feels! My brother and sister are almost 2 years apart, and people would still ask if they were twins! Me and my mom would look at them as it they we're crazy. ;-)
You forgot the popular How old are they?
At what age do children/young adults tell their age in full years? By that I mean it goes something like this - 6 weeks..12 weeks...6 months..12 months...18 months...2 ...2 1/2...nearly 5 etc
Pfft, please. I'm still 324 months old.
Don't you just hate it when they say "41 months old". WhoTF wants to do so much Maths?
after year i got too lazy to count it, so i used "1and something"; "1,5almost"; "almost two"; two and something.... etc.
And "are they the same age?" (!) I love that one, especially after you've said they're twins.
