Mother Sends Her Son Pictures Of His Dog Everyday And The Reason Will Melt Your Heart

One of the hardest things many of us have to go through is being separated from our loved ones for a long time. Well, one Imgur user posted how she dealt with these feelings. She had to had to say goodbye to her son, who was leaving for school for an entire year. To show her son exactly how much he was missed, she sent him pictures of their dog for a whole year. This caring mother also added short and funny captions after every message, and these pictures became a heartwarming symbol of family love.

“My husband made my son walk a leash around the block twice a day for an entire year in order to earn the privilege of having a dog. My son was quite tenacious and never missed a day. My husband learned never make a deal with someone unless you’re willing to follow through with the terms. So, when it came time for him to go to school overseas he was so heartbroken and missed his pup so much. So I sent him a picture every day to cheer him up. These are just a few excerpts from our year. He just returned home and the dog did remember him.” Said the mother while explaining her creative and adorable idea. Let’s hope their tradition continues in the future!
