The popularization of aerial photography has presented us with magnificent unseen images. An eye-opening perspective has blessed us to see the world in a new way.

Henry Do is a professional aerial photographer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Some of his aerial images portray compelling natural or post-produced contrasts that will capture your attention.

Henry shares that his interest in aerial photography started at age 12 while flying in a plane. “I still remember the view from that plane, the beauty of the landscape, and the feeling that humanity is so small. In the middle of the biggest transition of my life, I discovered the catalyst for what would become my passion and my art.”

Nowadays, to photograph his astonishing images, Henry uses drones or even what seems to be a helicopter.

"A sculpture serves as a memorial of Jews who were murdered on that spot During World War 2. Sixty pairs of shoes mark the site in Budapest, Hungary, where fascist Arrow Cross militiamen shot Jews and threw their bodies into the river in 1944 and 1945. The memorial opened in 2005."

Reminds me of that one Tinker Bell movie where there was a split between summer and winter

Some roads in Tennessee are like the river on the left. So many hairpin curves! The older folks say that the engineers "followed a snake around and made a road." Some roads have hip names like "the tail of the dragon" and bikers risk their lives speeding down the tail and its 30+ hairpin turns. Even more fun/scary is the fact that many of these roads run down a mountainside!

"More than a thousand beverage crates sitting idle outside a factory waiting for delivery to thirsty customers around Germany during hot summer months.

Each tiny and colorful rectangle below holds 20 bottles of German's finest beer."

"more than a thousand"? Seems like they're good with photos, but not with math. I did a rough counting, it's about 75*100 crates in just one layer, so that's 7500 alone. Then if you look at the shadow compared to that of the truck, I'd guess they're on average half the height of the truck (~2,70m, so ~1,35). Beer crates (we're in Germany, right) have a standard height of 26 to 30 cm, so that gives about 5 crate layersper position, totaling in 37,500 crates. Minus the stacks of palettes, some error in stacking and me only doing a very rough counting, but... oh well, yes, "more than a thousand" indeed :D
