Meet The First Amputee Fitness Model

A British personal trainer has made history to become the first male amputee model to walk during the New York Fashion Week.

Determined to be a fashion icon for all, especially young people with a disability, 26-year-old Jack Eyers has appeared in a number of fashion campaigns previously, including Milan and Russia Fashion Weeks, as well as appearing on the cover of Men’s Health UK.

Eyers made the decision to have his right leg amputated at the age of 16, which had been left withered by a condition called Proximal Femoral Focal Deficiency.
