As an multiple Ironman race and marathon participant, I needed a running belt that I could keep my keys and phone in when I was running, but also had a seamlessly integrated LED light for when it was dark in the early AM or after sunset. There weren’t any good options that I could find and I decided to perfect the idea with a manufacturer, going through a dozen prototypes, and then launch it on Kickstarter to get it going.
