The inspiration for this set is born from the mythological figure of Salamandra, a spirit of nature belonging to the element of the Fire. They are lively creatures that are flaming with the ability to make the flames live in various shapes and intensities, from shining, hot and radiant ones like the globes and the sun’s rays to the burning and creeping flames of flames, such as the bonfires or candles . They are positive symbols and Benvenuto Cellini tells that a salamander was always present in the flames of his fireplace, and already in his childhood home had happened to see one.
