Love To Create With Felt

Hi all,

I am Alexandrina, AliaArt – a creative young artist and lady loving and living art with wool and felt.

I fell in love with the wool as a material when i was a student at the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria -Textile department.

I did for my graduation big wet felted wool panels and since than more than ten years I have never stopped creating paintings, accessories like scarves, jewellery, hats and so on.

A use natural, merino and dyed wool which i love to mix in different variations.

I paint with wool as well as I do wearable felt.

My inspiration comes from the nature, etno and folk traditions in my country and all.

The wool is a magical net to me.It can never bore me.

It leads me to different world.
