Speaking as a Brit..... Americans have no idea what they had in that man! Truly something special.
As an American, I just want to say, most of us really did have an idea of the greatness that is Obama. We loved our president and were proud to be Americans. I have no idea how the Orange Moron got into office. He and his cabinet are systematically destroying our country and I cannot wait until November and we can vote most of them out. Maybe then we can impeach the idiot in 'charge' and get back to fixing what he destroyed. Economy. Allied Relations. Environment. Blatant Racism.
Yes we absolutely did. That’s why he was elected twice. The Buffoon in the White House now is there because too many Democrats failed to show up Because of the electoral college system which gave him the win even thought he did not get the popular vote. It’s important for people around the world to understand that, though it may be difficult to believe. Most Americans did not vote for him. Be encouraged. trump supporters are outnumbered in this country.
JP, I feel you! watching it unfold from the outside isn't great, however we have our own problems to fix!
is it true your presidents cant serve more than 2 consecutive terms in office? - if so I think that law should be repealed - as a Brit - I am very very scared by your current president
look what happend when a megalomaniac has enough millions to fund a presidential campaign
us Brits were watching with utter astonishment when he got elected

Obama's policies blew. Trump is better for you, JP, and the US, in the long run. So relax and enjoy. You'll see the light eventually.

He got into office because Obama was such a failure and we needed real change and we got it!
I would take Obama's advice on anything
We do and we know what we've lost. Trust me. The issue is so complex. As LBJ said: If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you." Welcome to tRumptard's america.
that is very profound and true

Americans are to busy buying stuff, shoothing things...now they have elected a maniac that will destroy America and the world...

Destroy America by growing our economy and making the the unemployment rate the lowest it has been in decades? Tell me more, because it sure sounds like Trump is making America great again and you libs can't handle all the win.
Oh we do, a lot of us do. When I see film from his term as President, see what a fine human being he was, I often sit and cry. He was smart, he was COOL and he had a heart. And he is STILL vilified after leaving office. He was our man for all seasons.
As a fellow Brit - that guy never put a foot wrong - unlike a certain someone who puts his foot in his mouth almost ever time he tweets. it is so scary for the rest of the world right now to see it's "leader" behave so badly. The only businesman who deserves to lead our country is Richard Branson
Seriously - he is an astute self made businesman who cares about issues and would make a better job of running a country than Trump
Obama looks like the happiest guy in the world ever with his Michelle, those smiles x

I miss Obama. I miss his eloquence, his truth, his thoughtfulness, his integrity, etc. etc. I miss all of him.
I imagine it would go something like this: Moved on them very heavily just kiss them, don't even wait, grab them by the pussy. You can do anything"
Sorry Varwenea, that was meant for someone else.
relationship advices... yeah
Anarkzie, no worries.
The biggest spending on private holidays in the history of American Presidents, the free handouts to his mates, the not actually doing anything of any importance...ahhh the memories...
You know you're literally describing Trump right now?
Well he couldn’ be reelected for a third term but next time there’s an election he can be elected again! :-)

So eloquent & how quickly they forget https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BzugbGTj_k4
It's interesting to observe, how when Obama was in charge, many people were whining and were not happy (for example with Obamacare project). But now, that they got someone else, they suddenly started missing him. I'm not aiming this comment at anyone in particular, it's just a general thought.
Amongst the circle of people I know, the people who whined are not the people who now say they miss him. They still don't like him.
According to polls most Americans feel better of financially under Garfield haired trump. Unemployment is 20 percent lower. Black unemployment lowest ever. The only person better off due to Obama is Jimmy Carter as he no longer is the worst US President.
People who were livid 24/7 against Bush are now pining for the old days. Everyone seems to look at the past with rose coloured glasses, as if Obama was a saint.
I did not vote for Bush and was not a fan of him. But I never felt our country was so divided you couldn’t have an intelligent conversation about differing political views. Our presidents used to be respectful to people they didn’t agree with, not calling them names like a 7 year old playground bully.
It was a great concept, but needed to be cranked to 11 with Single-Payer Universal Healthcare (NHS) instead of the watered-down version they stuck his name on.

The people that miss him aren’t the ones who were against the ACA. The people who miss him are mainly center left / weak democrats who just miss not being so embarrassed by the president.
