It’s a great achievement for children to get in touch with the Romanian traditions, in one form or another, because only in this way can they truly know their roots and can carry on their legacy and beauty. I am happy to experience a choreography that draws its inspiration from the traditional Romanian folklore and takes it further in a reimagined form, respecting its originality and emphasizing its value.
I have to blame my partner in art, Cezara Blioju, a very creative Romanian choreographer, because she is the one carrying the guilt of this beautiful concept behind this manifest and 12 y.o Sofia Elena for putting it on stage so flawlessly.
We should do more to keep our traditions alive because this is the only way to preserve our identity!
