So you want to get a dog. Golden Retriever owner John has a few words to say. He shows his life before and after getting his pup Maimai, "the cutest little furry evil", in adorable illustrations.
You can already start feeling guilty about not sharing your TV dinner with your new friend. Forget having a tidy apartment. And all that hair...But it's all worth it. "All I can think of after work is to go home knowing Maimai is waiting for me, feels great and sweet," writes John.

"Look what we did, mom!" My dogs are always giving me this face when something destructive happens.
My dad used to complain about every pet we brought home too, and then he would eventually pet them and play with them when he thought no one could see him. XD
Funny post, but I miss the before picture of a person very lonely and the after picture a person who is very happy because of the dog,
People told me....get a cat. Of course i didn't listen - and soon i was forming the relationship with my 8 week old yellow Lab. Cosmo is gone now but those 12 years with my 'buddy boy' im sure saved my life more than once. I will just tell people....getting a dog is great. But it is NOT something to take lightly. It is for life. Usually theirs. And when the end comes, just no way around it but to say it is HARD. Anyway other than that it is a gift of nature and God. Be ready. They need YOU.
This is so me. I sleep with three dogs and my cat...I live in there dog house
My dog was/is my lifesaver <3 I'll do anything for him to keep him safe <3
