Nope. Not clean. Take down the blinds, hang on the shower wall using suction cup hooks and twine. Then use a sponge and liquid soap. Wash both sides. Wipe dry and rehang. This is the only way to get the oils off that hold the dirt and dust.

Here's a tip for you: That blackened inside of the window in the fireplace. Don't buy any products for that. Take a damp cloth (or paper towel) and dip it in the fine ash. Rub the window with this, and then clean with water. Repeat in necessary. Works better than any chemical. Remember to cover the floor with something. It's a dirty job, but someone's gotta do it.

in the UK we have a product called Elbow Grease grease and oil remover. Find it really good for a wide range of cleaning
