After her show on Tuesday J-Lo flexed on us all – literally. The 49-year-old has been performing her
“All I Have” show in Las Vegas and posted an impressive muscle tone photo on Instagram to celebrate the completion of 12 out of 15 shows.
“I made a promise to myself that instead of letting it wear me down I would be even stronger at the end of it…I will stick to my workout plan and a healthy lifestyle and be in the best shape of my life,” she wrote in the caption and well it’s clear to see that Jennifer Lopez is a woman of her word.
The two time Grammy nominee is fastidious with her exercise plan and likes to mix things up between weight training and sculpting. Lopez added she was “Feeling life superwoman after the show tonight!” and it’s possible she’s the fitness hero we all needed. Scroll down below to see the stunning celeb’s muscle toning pics!

The 49-year-old singer has always been dedicated to fitness and now does joint work-outs with her athlete boyfriend A-Rod
In 2015 the couple met at A-Rod’s baseball game
She was still married to Marc Anthony, but their romance didn’t begin until 2017
J-Lo and A-Rod are a combination of fitness and couples goals
A-Rod opened his own gym, TruFusion, in the beginning of 2018 which offers 65 different workout styles
You might not be able to guess it from her body but J-Lo has twins from her marriage with Marc Anthony
While working out can be a struggle for most of us, J-Lo told HELLO! magazine “I am 100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy”
She knows that to reach her fitness goals there are no quick fixes
And even has a personal trainer on each coast
Even with all her training she still finds time to enjoy herself
Trainer David Kirsch told Allure the star likes high intensity work-outs and keeping the variety up. You go girl!
People loved her most recent transformation
However the internet is also filled with haters and even J-Lo couldn’t escape
What do you think?

Yes, money can buy health and good looks. We get it. Thanks for rubbing that into our faces.
Trainer or no, SHE still has to do the WORK.
I agree with you. She's rich, but so are the world's top athletes. Their job is literally to be physically strong, hers is to look amazing (because besides being a singer and actress, she's an "idol" kind of celebrity that includes her looks into her career). And she's doing amazing, and I won't let my jealousy to put down a hard working woman. You go, girl! Enjoy your life and keep being yourself.
yeah. exactly
come on Rogue, you've got some money, so what's your excuse?
meh I'd rather eat tacos.
hell yeah.
Must be nice to have a personal trainer, and dietician.
I'm so broke my phone plan is soup cans and strings. But I still exercise a lot. I'm not as ripped as J. Lo, but I've been in good shape on all health screenings, and the doc said it's from exercising. Exercises that cost only time and physical work, but no money: walking-jogging-or combo outside, good ol' push-ups on the floor, planking (put a towel down for your forearms if needed), sit-ups (if there's something like a couch to hold your feet - use a towel for your rear if needed), squats (one legged or two), wall squats (sitting against a wall) calf raises, and stretching. If you do these things for a half hour a day 5-6 days a week (I'd recommend alternating cardio days w/ the indoor exercises) it will make a difference. It's like with money, you don't need to try to become Bill Gates, to have the important financial stability of a good retirement and savings account - you don't need to be Arnold circa '76 to get the serious health benefits of regular exercise.
@Cbus: Wow! Good for you.
Yup, but not having them is not an excuse at all. It doesn't take a dietician to know that more carrots and less fried chicken = leaner body. Personal trainer? They're just motivation. They don't do the work for you. The internet is packed with good info about how to get in shape. There are zero excuses so go out there and get it done!
Illness is an excuse.
And, let's not forget, a plastic surgeon and dermatologist too. Don't even try to tell me she's never had some kind of work done. It does not occur in nature for someone to be 49---with kids!---and look like a perfect, smooth, and unwrinkled 29 with no stretch marks. Before you start hating, I'm 57 and don't look my age either (I've been told mid to late 40s---last time I was carded I was 36), because I've taken care of myself since I was a teenager, with a good diet, exercise, enough sleep, sunblock and no intentional sunbathing. But in no way do I look like a 20 years younger perfectly preserved specimen. So, being fabulously wealthy, and having all the help you can get on retainer, not to mention makeup, hair, lighting, and photoshop, makes it a hell of a lot easier for her to maintain the image of eternal youth than it is for the rest of us.
Genetics also plays a part. There are plenty of rich, fat lazy people out there who will never look amazing because they are slobs, money or no money.
My thought exactly.
Or may be search some workout videos on Youtube, google a good diet and STICK TO IT?! Tried that? It is our actions & choices that make us who we are!
Personal trainer or not she still has to left the weights and run in whatever direction she told, it's her own hard work that got her there.
Jealous much?
nope, I'm in shape the natural way, ............not eating like a pig. How's that working out for you by the way? Try putting the donut down.
