carry grandma down 20 flights of stairs, lug 50 feet of hose up a highrise, climb 100 foot ladder with 80 pounds of gear.....not even many men can do this job, why would I want my life entrusted to someone who can't? Same with military, fighting other men rather than fighting fires.
There is no such possibility in Russia. Men are engaged in extinguishing fires.
That's a shame you can't be a firefighter, Galina. Makes no sense to me for women to be excluded from certain professions simply because of being female. But look what you have done with your disappointment! These paintings are wonderful. I especially love the emotion on the man's face in profile in the first photo. Nicely done!
