Every family has a different way of handing out presents on Christmas eve or morning. Some take turns, others just hand them out. We turn our Christmas tree into a board game, to make the fun last longer. To open presents, we have to play a game.
It’s super easy to make your own game.
We made a bunch of Christmas balls. We took transparent ones, but any Christmas ball will do. We gave them numbers from 1 to 15, the star on top. How do we play? You roll the dice and you move your name tag to the right Christmas ball. Every Christmas ball is filled with fun challenges. Sing a Christmas song, tell us your worst secret, take a present and give it to someone else, have a sneak peek into a present, dance like a reindeer, eat an extra dessert, go outside and wish the neighbors a merry Christmas, and many many more. The crazier they get, the more fun we have.
We personalized the challenges to our own friends and family, to make it even more fun. By adding our own names and characteristics to the game, it becomes so much more personal and fun. have a great Christmas time everybody!
