This is amazing, and I live that it's healthy and balanced meals. As a nother of two rather picky kids, I am wondering whether it makes a difference in terms of the amount of vegetables your kids eat? Mine often leave them on the plate, even if I mix them under their carbs (rice, wholegrain noodles etc). Are your kids less selective when they are presented with such arrangements? (If the author is not available, maybe someone else has experience they want to share?)
Hi Enea, Thank you for you kind words. I have been lucky as my son hasn't been a fussy eater but I definitely think that presenting the vegetables in a fun way help and encourages kids to eat. I get my son involved in the preparation of the meal and we talk about the ingredients we are using. I find that this makes him more receptive to eating it. :) xxx
Load More Replies...All of them very creative but why waste your talent on your kid's food? It's been handled enough by the time you're done, ish.
Some children can be very picky and won't try new food. If it looks fun and pretty it may encourage them to give it a try.
Load More Replies...Excuse me, I mean her son (some way thought the parents was a man but the instagram said otherwise)
