As an artist the great masters of the last century have always been an inspiration for my own development. I’ve studied their paintings for hours and hours, but in my last project i wanted to go a bit deeper. I searched the archives to find their original paintings and constructed their self-portraits into a world of their own. I want the viewer to feel like they could literally look inside the minds of Vincent van Gogh, Paul Gauguin and Claude Monet.
