I Photograph Pregnant Women And Children In Spring Blossoms

I love nature, and outdoor photography has always been my passion. A few years ago I moved to the UK and decided to finally start my own photography business focusing on newborn, maternity and child portraiture.

Being an outdoor photographer in the north of England definitely has its challenges – whether challenges to be precise! – but it's a beautiful part of the world, especially in spring when it magically transforms into a flower-filled wonderland.

Spring brings with it vitality, symbolizing new life and new beginnings, and to me, it's the perfect season for capturing the magic of pregnancy and childhood. My own spring blossom obsession started 3 years ago, and since then I have been lucky to share my love of spring with many expecting mums and children in Yorkshire’s bluebell forests and rapeseed fields, among its cherry blossoms, lilacs, and rhododendrons.

I’m always on the lookout for my next location and this year I really hope to snap some photos in a scarlet field of poppies!
