I Made A Sculpture Of The Elk Mountains In Colorado

This sculpture covers the Elk Mountains between the towns of Aspen and Crested Butte. It includes many 14,000 ft peaks, including; The Maroon Bells, Mt Snowmass, Castle Peak, Pyramid Peak, and Capital Peak. Also, includes the ski areas Crested Butte, Snowmass and Aspen Highlands.

This piece involved over 200 lbs. of matte board, 13 hours of laser-cutting time, and 7 big cans of spray adhesive.
