I Found Out Some Filming Location For Future “Twin Peaks” In Zagare, Lithuania (32 Pics)

The global pandemic has probably led each of us to rediscover our homeland.

This year’s summer discovery is Zagare, Lithuania.

Zagare is a city located in northern Lithuania, close to the border with Latvia. It has a population of about 2,000.

Zagare is famous not only for its not only for the liqueur produced here from special Žagarvyšnė cherry species that originated in Zagare) and music festival, but also for its unusual scarecrow (to repel birds from cherries of course) and famous house of pots created by a local artist.

For me, Zagare and its surroundings left the impression of a small, charming and cozy town and I was inspired to capture the objects I’ve seen and come back more than once.

I believe that (non)art person would find some inspiring ideas here, maybe this could become a great next filming location for David Lynch’s “Twin Peaks” or the basis of a surrealistic painting?
