10 years ago I started reading Murakami’s novels and he soon became my favourite artist of all time. Over those 10 years I have noted down over 50 quotes and excerpts from his books. Since there are so many fans out there I thought it would be a great idea to share those with everyone in an artistic way. So I illustrated a wall calendar that anyone can buy on Etsy. It has a quote from a different Murakami book for each month along with a colorful abstract illustration. It took me 6 months to create this calendar, it is entirely hand written but I also worked on the final digital edits.
