Beautiful things deserve beautiful safe places to keep them. I had the chance to create my first jewelry box when my mom asked me to find one to store her vintage earrings. I loved painting the precious small box and the way the earrings looked in it, so kept painting more for my girlfriends.
I think jewelry, because it's a beautiful art form, needs a suitable "frame", to keep it.

Van Gogh is still my favorite painter. I highly recommend traveling to Amsterdam (or any place else you can see one his works). Online pics are nice, but he painted in three dimensions. I'll have to tell you though, once you see one of those, these will never look the same to you anymore.
I went to the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam in 2015. That's when I fell in love with his work even more.
