My name is Rachael Smith, and I’m an award-winning comic creator who has been making regular diary comics about my son, Henry, since July 2023. These scribbly, urgent, honest slices of life are usually captured quickly while Henry is napping. Detailing the highs and lows of parenthood (nursery settles, nappy changes, friendships, breastfeeding, illnesses, etc...) The comics have been heralded as Smith’s finest, most important work to date.
"Nap Comix is something everyone should be reading for both wonderful feel good moments and insights into our human condition and is definitely recommended for every new parent to get a realistic, warts-and-all view on how wonderful and difficult this whole new child thing can be."

I have so many cute outfits that I haven't even looked at in years. Now my oldest is big enough to raid my closet. At least they are going to use, I suppose....
So much more fun when you wear glasses! Watch them fly across the room!!!
Not real, because kiddo won't eat anything and I will end eating all leftovers and gaining even more weight i put on while pregnant
Mine is rolling all over me to get from one boob to the other, back and forth...
your husband seems like a good guy! Henry is lucky to have you too as parents :) your doing great!
Henry knows he doesn't have to ask for mama because she is always there <3
It's a fair concern. Babies die more often from being over heated then being too cold from parents over bundling.
My son is in college now, but this was a hilarious walk down memory lane! Loved these!
My son's are almost 50 and 50. Part of them will always be our babies ❤️
Load More Replies...Loved every one! Brought back lots of memories from raising my four babies.
