The Mature Soul. Why was there no option in the bookshelf question for books that are NOT intentionally damaged?! I can’t stand people who fold corners in pages or write stuff on them! I love my little home library and strive to keep the books in the original condition save for natural ageing like yellowing pages.
There isn’t even an option for a mix of paperbacks and hardbacks, old and new copies, chosen and accumulated individually and worn from multiple readings. Organized by a system that makes sense to you, NOT by color, and not turned the wrong way out so you can’t see the titles. Books that are not there as decoration, but as friends, old and new, whose covers give you the same joy and comfort as old and treasured friends.

Yup. Same, also feeling ancient. Coffee to the rescue...

I'm allegedly a "young soul", although the number of questions I had to just pick an almost random number to finish makes it completely meaningless. . . . . but in any event I don''t know what anyone thinks they mean by talking abut what sort of soul you have, isn't it just another stupid personality type thing?
That's gotta be the explanation. I got that too.

You see patterns behind events and you choose your words the way gardeners place stones. Solitude refuels you, and service feels like second nature. You are patient with people and impatient with shallow answers. In your company, even busy minds remember how to listen.
Me too, and it fits. At least for me. Get off my grass!

You delight in simple joys and ask questions that make other people rethink the obvious. Decisions feel fresh, and you trust your gut even before the manual shows up. You learn by touching the world, not just reading about it. People feel your openness and often rediscover their own wonder around you.
Mature soul at the age of 12 right now is crazy-

You listen well, connect dots, and choose meaning over noise. Change does not rattle you, because you keep a calm center and a backup plan. You prefer craft to hype and wisdom to volume. People feel steadier after talking with you, like their thoughts got a tidy bookshelf.

I got that too and I have no idea how. I even tried to answer the questions as honestly as possible this time. 🤷
Load More Replies...The Teenage Soul Your soul has a playful edge and a sharp sense of what feels authentic. You love a good laugh, a small rebellion, and conversations that kick the tires of big ideas. Routine is fine, but remixing it is better. You learn fast, move on quickly, and keep the playlist eclectic. Friends count on you to bring the vibe and the snacks.
Me too. My mom always said I was “four going on forty”. Totally tracks that I was an Old Soul then, & an Ancient one now.

The Young Soul. I would not have thought that. But good… I’m 72! I was concerned about the books choice - I have a large number of both paperbacks and hardcover. I care about my books and would never fold corners. In fact, I make bookmarks from used greeting cards, complete with tassel.
Yep I’m a mature soul for sure! My grandmother always said so from the moment she looked in my eyes when I was born :)
The holiday options look pretty dull. What about an all-inclusive hotel crammed with daily activities?

Ancient Soul is pretty accurate for me since it is also an accurate descriptor of most of my joints.
Some of those questions I don’t even do I hate board games. I like to listen with the radio on a timer playing music when I go to sleep, and I wouldn’t like to spend time in the mountains, just sitting and relax.
teenage soul description pretty much spot on. some of theons didnt really have answers i would choose so i chose the ones that fit closest out what was represented.
The Infant Soul - I wish it had an option for rainy days. I’d be in bed.
Apparently I have an Infant Soul. LOL! 59 year old with an Infant Soul. Who would have known?

The questions on going to parties etc need a 'decline and stay home" option.
"The Mature Soul"? Yeah, I knew I was old before I started the questions.
This was fun! It doesn't have to be super accurate or insightful. The results feel like compliments and I"m here for recreation. Thanks!
There were a number of these that didn't have good options for me. For instance, the question about a vacation. For me it is always some sort of active vacation- mountain biking, hiking, paddleboard, kayak, windsurf, etc.
