San Francisco-based illustrator Robert Brown amusingly depicts the difference between the way that humans see the world and the way our dogs see it, and it's got nothing to do with color vision. Brown shows how dogs really perceive everyday objects and routines.

For example, what for us, humans, looks like a calming bath, for our four-legged friends is a horrific act of terror and endless torture. And a juicy burger...it's a tiny bit more than just a guilty pleasure.

The one on the right. We go out for an hour and you'd think we'd been gone all day! Then after 5 mins they ignore us. Go figure.

I think it means to us it's just a burger, to them it's like crack cocaine. They will be hooked forever.
