I got down to about question 10 without being able to answer a single one, then gave up. Most of them were scenarios or situations that I simply have not, and could not imagine, ever being in; the few that I could imagine didn't have any answer that matched my reaction. Edit: I 'failed' at a job interview once when asked to provide an example of how I handled conflict. Making sure it doesn't happen had always worked for me, but the HR lady didn't seem to agree.
You got a lot further than I did. I scanned the questions beforehand, realized that my conflict-resolution strategy involves not putting myself in situations where conflict is likely to occur, and didn't have to answer a single one.😄 ("The only winning move is not to play." WarGames, 1983)
