Hotel Inspired By Childhood Dreams Has Opened This May In Budapest

People say that everyone has an inner child. The great occasion is a visit in Ibis Styles Budapest Center, which has went through major renovation this year and opens next week in Budapest, designed by company Tremend.

“Everyone needs to be a child sometimes, and especially during travelling” – says hotel designers from company Tremend, Magdalena Federowicz-Boule and Piotr Kalinowski. “We’ve tried to accomplish a space, where everyone can find his inner-child”. The hotel lobby is full of art and gaming inspiration like giant robot cartoon, meeting everyone in the hotel or pac-man guiding guests through the room corridors. Every little aspect has it’s meaning, and there’s a lot of fun with it.

“We had a great time designing the space, as everyone remembers the time being a child differently, and we were surprised, how many inspirations come up when you remind the early days” – says Piotr Kalinowski. The hotel is a part of Accor Group network, and the Ibis Styles brand is a unique hotel chain, in which every hotel has it own spirit.
