you realize your self worth. and put you and your wellbeing ahead of the other persons wants. Get everything ready for you to leave, ask for help from a friend you trust and ask them to be there when you leave. AND DONT LOOK BACK!
Its pretty easy, you just pack your stuff (or whats left of it) then you leave. Or, if its your name on the lease, you pack up their stuff, leave it in the parking lot, change the locks and start carrying a weapon.
Sell their soul to the devil, then they never speak to you again so it's a win win.
Obviously she has to leave. But that can be difficult for many reasons. A big one being financially independent to leave. She needs to squirrel money away that her partner doesn't know about. It'd be ideal if she has someone she to stay with. But she needs to have a goal, and keep in mind that she does not deserve this abuse. I'm sorry this is happening, and I genuinely hope everything works out for her. Best of luck!
