I don't really like it. They need more electives for the younger grades and more enriching stuff. And less homework. No one likes hw. Also, the uniform policy on most schools is absolutely nonsensical. Like "oh its for ur safety so no strangers walk into the school". Then LEARN WHAT UR KIDS LOOK LIKE?! Not hard. Anyway, the school learning system is kindof crappy. They don't appeal to student's future plans and teach them your basic "accountant" stuff. And when you can't learn the cirriculum properly, they act like your dumb. Like teaching a dog to climb a tree, some can and most cant. Rather teach them something they like to do, like play fetch.
The American Education is just a taxpayer funded day care. It doesn't prepare you for the job market or college. The only exception is if you are in the gifted group in get placed in the advanced courses which sometimes count towards college credits. You also apparently don't even have to pass your courses anymore to graduate.
