I honestly have an all over the place music taste. But, my all-time favorite has to be ambient music. Is that a music genre? I like the way it calms me down, It blocks out a lot of noise too! :D

Screamo. I dont know why, something about listening to people shred their vocal chords is soothing to me. Plus if I'm having a mental breakdown, I blast it at full volume and it drowns out any other sound so i can cry in peace.

I have two(sorry). Country, because it is like a story. (Ex:Dirt on my boots) And pop rock/Arena rock, because i like the feeling it gives you when you make a story of strength with it. (Ex: believer) [pop country is good too!]

I adore rock and metal! There's just something so special about it. People perceive it as aggressive and often blame violence on it, but there's such a soft and vulnerable side behind all the screaming and angst. All in all, it's beautiful!! I wanna be a rockstar someday 🥰

I love metal music that has some sung parts as well. Probably Bring me the Horizon the most.

Folk rock is my go to Pandora genre. Lots of older songs that everyone knows (people my age anyway). Fun to sing along to.

Hey Jennifer, if you read this, I'm on Pandora too. I've been with them almost 9 years. I like folk music too.

There isn't a genre that I couldn't find at least one song I liked in, but the one I like listening to the most is probably indie rock.

I love lofi, because I can listen to it and jam even if I need to focus. There isn’t just one kind of lofi music either, so I enjoy the variety

Folk music. There's this AWESOME folk festival in my town that I've been in twice. It's lovely. Folk (at least around here) is basically hippie country/western.

I forgot to put why so here's why: It just gets me hyped

Hmm...I suppose it could be classified as "soft indie pop" or maybe alternative indie rock but i really don't know. Artists like Dodie, Alec Benjamin, Cavetown, Girl in Red, Anson Seabra, Conan Gray, you get the idea. I also listen to LoveJoy out of respect for Wilbur 🫡🖤💛💙🤍❤️

I do like some Imagine Dragons songs, and songs relating to fandoms (like "Get Out" by DAgames or really anything by DAgames and Random Encounters. And I guess The Living Tombstone and TryHardNinja and JTMusic. Oh and definitely CG5, I love him!) and I get a lot of my music taste from TikTok, as well. Specifically the cool cosplayers. Oh yeah and Lin-Manuel Miranda is an excellent songwriter, too, I mean come on, he fricken wrote Hamilton! So there's a bit of a variety but my go-to would be the softer music, like songs by Robin Skinner (Cavetown). His songs are probably some of my favorite of all time.
