Dugong, aka sea cow as it is the only marine herbivorous mammals, depending largely on seagrass for food. In the chain of evolution, dugong are more closely related to elephants than to other sea mammals.

Harbor seals. They're little clowns. Once when my son was 2-3 we went to the SF Aquarium. They had a big tank with dolphins and harbor seals, and a glass wall for viewing. One seal played peekaboo with my son for the whole time we were there.
