Not strange for folks from southern Europe, but around here my friends don't share my love for gorgonzola on bread, topped with canned anchovies. So tasty.
Also Spleen prepared Venetian style. An offal not used very often, but tasty. A famous food that doesn't get enough love is also Haggis, what a great dish!
