I live in the states and have had this idea bouncing around my head. Charge every fun owner a 25 dollar fee per year to pay for mental health services in the town or city where they live. In my city there are around 200 thousand gun owners. That works out to be Abt 5 million dollars. But God for bid we inconvenience the gun owners in my country. ( Being sarcastic with that last sentence)
