I have been doing aqua aerobics at the local pool which has helped me make friends. Also our neighbourhood house has lots of other classes that are a reasonable price.
I honestly wish I could sing or dance, but I cannot for the life of me. And my anxiety would never lol.
Me too its so awkward at parties and stuff because even if I could dance I can almost guarantee that I wouldn't so I kinda just sit awkwardly in the corner

I played the Recorder In Renaissance and Baroque ensembles for 40 years. All sizes: SATB. I had to stop 5 years ago for health reasons (mouth: oral psoriasis). True I play the piano daily. Great. But I miss the group work. No cure or even meds for my mouth. Sigh.
