In halo reach i shotgun spree'd some bomber grunts. got my ass kicked. also, i splattered a dozen enemies with a ghost then tried to run over a hunter, i splatted but not the hunter. lastly, i tried to melee an energy sword wielding elite

Assassin's Creed and Spyro. No one knew I had vertigo issues until I tried to play Spyro. I legit just fell over sideways and laid there until the room stopped tilting. Same thing with Assassin's Creed. Between. The vertigo and every in game glitch I've found I've never made it through the prologue on assassin's Creed.

Playing Resident Evil I overwrote my saves instead of creating several ones. So I come to the point where I am out of ammo and have to face some enemies. No way to revert to an older save game. I had to restart the whole game so I didn't play it ever again.

I accidentally set off a remote bomb near a silver lizalfos in Zelda Breath of the Wild and then walked towards it, not knowing it had been hit with the bomb. I got my butt kicked by it and died with three hits. My last save had also been outside of the area I was in and I had to go back and get everything I got all over again.
