For me, Shape/matter creation is just too powerful. Superman flying at you? Just create a giant sword or fling yourself with solid matter. Simply unbeatable.
I'm a superman fan. Man of steel that can reverse time.
Simple, yet extremely powerful. Cant defeat someone if you are instantly knocked out by them. That’s why captain marvel is O.P. Good choice!
I agree with Darky_Shadows with "Shape/Matter creation and some other (2) are:

So, my cousin says that the most powerful superpower is being able to control gravity because if you can do that, you can do literally anything else. But my favorite superhero is Spiderman. I think Captain Marvel is the most powerful one though.

Ghost Rider. His using the Penance Stare to find out who's truly innocent or guilty.
He’s really powerful but his penance stare doesn’t work on evryone. For example Deadpool. Also in Thunderbolts The Leader made him lose his powers by whispering a demonic spell
