Sorry it have me a word limit! Anyway I have an awful voice and after 10 minutes I turned around and someone was standing behind me which nearly gave me a heart attack because is didn't know they were there and a panic attack because I didn't know how much of my solo they heard

So what happened was that I was on my period and felt awful. We were camping and there was a few public toilets. I went to the one that was normally completely empty because it was for people waiting for the washing machines which were only on in the evening. I went into the cubicle and I was audibly groaning in pain. There was no one else in the block so I just let myself be very loud. I also got blood everywhere but the sinks were outside the doors. I opened the door and there was a man just standing there staring at me. Idk how long he was there for but he was probably quite concerned because there was blood all over the floor and all over me and my clothes. He just said 'bonjour' and stared as I walked to the showers! (To clarify my period is very heavy and I was there for a while so it was understandable that there was blood everywhere and I did try to clean the cubicle because I felt sorry for the cleaner but it was quite hard
